I'm glad to see he has an interest in something that he can make a future of... ???
Also, I made a very yummy treat the other night I thought I might share, Calling all lovers of muddy buddies, try this variation:
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/2TBS Butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
-Melt together in microwave, it's better to take it out and stir before the chocolate chips melt all the way. They will finish melting as you stir.
Now instead of pouring them over your chex, pour over bowl of popcorn. (One bag of microwave is just about right) approximately 5 cups, popped.
Put chocolate covered popcorn in gallon size ziploc bag, pour in 1 cup of Powdered sugar and shake until popcorn is covered. (I usually don't measure my powdered sugar, but these are better with a little extra anyway, to have a nice coating over the chocolate)
Enjoy right away out of the bag, or refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy cold. SO TASTY!

oooo....yummy! I love chocolate popcorn. I've tried to make the 'baked' chocolate popcorn (eh..) but this, this sounds diviiiiine!
